Glenumbra Shrine of Hircine will not show as discovered on my map

I have visited the Glenumbra Shrine of Hircine multiple times and it will not show as discovered on my map. I have disabled my add-ons and even tried becoming a werewolf at this location. All other vampire and werewolf shrine markers appear "discovered" on my other maps. The vampire shrine appears discovered on my map. It's just this one location that shows undiscovered no matter how many times I visit, log-off and back in, reloadui, disabled add-ons, visited as a werewolf and not a werewolf. In the image, you can see my blue chevron overtop the shrine icon which is still black. I have submitted Ticket # 260713-002148 (PC/NA).

Anyone else have this issue?

I cannot get the vampire one behind Cath Bedreaud to unlock either.

I have unlocked the Hircine shrine in Stonefalls so at least that one is working.

Ditto. Visited both of them multiple times to 'unlock' but they always revert the next time I log in.

I was able to discover (unlock) the werewolf shrine in Glenumbra months ago, but the vampire shrine near Par Molag will not unlock for me. The NPC tells me I stink and to go away, because I was scratched by werewolves in the wild in Reapers March years ago the old-fashioned way, but to this day I haven't pursued becoming a full-fledged werewolf. But I was able to unlock the vampire shrine in Auridon some months ago, so it isn't because I have an infected scratch from a werewolf. I wonder if something got broken when dynamic encounters were added?
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

PS-- I don't use any add-ons at all, so it isn't anything to do with add-ons.

I’ve been trying to get both the Shrine of Hircine and the Shrine of Lamae Bal in Glenumbra to show as discovered/cleared for months now.

I log in very often across all my characters, I even tried leaving some of them logged out directly on top of the altars, but neither shrine icons ever marks as white on the map for any of my characters.

Even on characters that have fully completed all related quests, rituals, and achievements, the map refuse to register those shrines as cleared.

For those of you who managed to get them properly marked as cleared on your map: how exactly did you do it? Is there a specific trigger or quest sequence required?

I noticed that this started after the addition of the Glenumbra Thieves Guild questline, which involved a number of other minor changes to the Glenumbra map.

None of my newer characters have been able to "discover" the Glenumbra werewolf or vampire shrines ever since. Those who had already "discovered" them BEFORE the Glenumbra TG went live, keep the discovery.

The Auridon and Stonefalls vampire and werewolf shrines appear to be unaffected, and still work.

Also, even in Glenumbra, the two relevant NPCs at least are present, and give their quests: it's just that the area marker remains permanently undiscovered
