When I`m not fighting I look normal.nubbsezaualm.png
But when I get into a fight, I get this. I use to be a Vampire, maybe that`s what this is and if so then do I get debuffed?j8k6v1gy61t3.png
As you can see, no Vampirism. bhee6qwh357r.png

Order`s Wrath, Pelinal`s and Iceheart. The mystic is Momomyth reforged but the effects were also on when I had Pale Order on.

Fire eyes don't make sense on a vampire. They're rather allergic to it.

Try Pelinal's. It grants stacks of Wrath of Whitestrake upon killing blows. The fire eyes are its Wrath, and the blood represents your killing blows (see Whitestrake's Basin of the Gore Virtuous), or possibly the blood you're losing to Oblivion damage you take for every stack (though Oblivion doesn't really get associated with bleeding elsewhere as far as I recall).

Thank you, that does make sense. Here I was thinking the vampire was still effecting me.
