So, I've been pvping for a while, and I started noticing that I wasn't regening my stam, mag, or hp. Then I noticed that I was only hit for 200ish on a crit. I looked at my stats, and my regen was 215, and my wpn pen was 0, and I checked all my characters in BGs, and they are all affected. Is this a current bug, or does something need to happen to my characters or account to fix this?

There is a longstanding bug supposedly being fixed next update:
“Fixed an issue where some 10-49 Battlegrounds did not have proper battle scaling activated.”
