Noth the Unhinged appears in Vvardenfell post questline

Finished the Sheogorath quest yesterday. I notice anytime I enter or leave to Vivec City Noth appears at the gate and yells "Your madness, wait! Oh, it is just you." I can speak with her and she speaks as if I'm on a prior point in the quest. This happens every time I zone into Vivec City. I can see this bug getting annoying fast (as most repetitive voicelines do such as the vampire/werewolf recruiters at the freerunner boards).

Same. Wouldn't be bad if she didn't yell at me every time I pass by her. Right up there with "Do you know how long I've been looking for you?", "Dragons in our own homeland?", and the new "You have a hunger friend, I can smell it on you!".

I'm told she's at the Mournhold wayshrine as well, but I'm seeing her at Vivec too. Might be enough to move my last remaining character crafting there to West Weald...

I just ran into her here on my one character that completed the quest line so far. This makes me afraid to do the quest chain on any other characters, which I had been looking forward to doing.

Now she is telling me that I need to return to Sheogorath as quickly as I can. Is there more to this quest chain than I am aware of?

If so, then where do we go? If not, then make her stop stalking us.

This is where I do my daily writs on all of my characters and I don't want to have to deal with this every time I come to town.

I haven't seen her in Vvardenfell yet, but I've encountered her at the wayshrine outside Abah's Watch in Hew's Bane-- same dialog as you posted in your screenshot. I thought it was a nice touch, since I'm only partway through the questline (taking it one step at a time each day) and it was like she was reminding me not to leave Sheogorath unattended for too long. But I can see why that dialog might be annoying if you've already completed the questline.

I've been accosted by her at the Abah's, Mournhold, and Rimmen wayshrines. At this point, I'm thinking she's going to show up at any of the principal zone wayshrines that show up on the Tamriel level map.

Google says it's a world trigger error and will need a hotfix. I hope they are right.

I also run into her every time I pop out of the Vivec wayshrine, don't think I've seen her anywhere else though. And yes I finished the event days before it ended.

Yes. It’s on the PTS as of 12.1.1. U51 is the soonest possible opportunity from the time a fix was announced. The patch notes from the relevant PTS cycle were posted the same day as the most recent incremental went live, and that was explicitly said to be the final incremental for U50.
