Glenumbra: Shrines to Hircine and Lamae Bal no longer "discoverable"

This has been happening since the new Thieves Guild content came out (which, of course, changed the Glenumbra map slightly by adding a couple of things to it).

Actually walking up to the Hircine and Lamae Bal Shrines, on a character who has not yet "discovered" them... does not discover them: they never turn from black to white on the map, and when you walk away from them, they disappear from the map again.

Characters who have already discovered them, they remain discovered. But you can't "discover" them on a character who hasn't discovered them.

The NPCs who give you lycanthropy and vampirism are still there, and thus the shrines still "work" as planned.

Also, the Auridon and Stonefalls ones still work just fine: this problem is specific to Glenumbra.

Similar issue on my end. Same effect, different maps. Auridon seems to work fine and both locations are discoverable, but noting that they were "discovered" for some characters prior to U50 since an Undaunted and Mages daily will usually send you by each.

For Stonefalls, the Hircine shrine remains undiscovered across all characters and on both accounts in spite of intentionally trying to discover it. For Glenumbra, some characters have been able to discover Lamae Bal and others haven't; some have been able to discover Hircine and other haven't. I didn't note whether any of those who have discovered one or the other did so before U50, however.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.

Same issue with both of Glenumbra shrines
