AI ban from game.

I was banned by AI (don't tell me it wasn't) because I typed in chat: " kill yourself if you want me to run it" directed at the player that was running the scroll and got a ban 1h later.

What can we do to stop these erroneous AI bans? We were originally told this wouldn't happen, but it clearly is, so what's being done to stop it from happening going forward?

This is not an AI ban. We have noted before that we do not have an AI banning people or connected to the game. In checking with customer service, you were reported by another player for telling someone to harm themselves. Based on your report, the comment may have been taken out of context. I've followed up with customer service with that information. They let me know that your ticket is in the right place and they are going to review it as soon as possible.

We will close this thread since any additional follow up will be handled in the ticket.
