Season Pass question

@ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_JessicaFolsom question for the powers that be, When one purchases the season pass, is that supposed to be on both servers or just the one that it was purchased from? I am sure there are a lot that may have this same question.

Since it is a purchase made with cash and it appears in the billing history on your ESO account page, it should apply to both servers.

It is supposed to be on both servers.

However, there is an issue right now where if you do not log onto a server during a season, you will no longer be able to access that Tome on that server after the season ends. This has happened to a friend, and after being bounced around through multiple boilerplate responses and escalations, ESO support was unable to retroactively grant the Season 0 Tome back.

So yeah, log onto both servers before the season ends. And @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_JessicaFolsom, this bug is unacceptable and really needs to be resolved for all Season 0 Tome owners who do not have access to it on the other server.

if you buy the Tamriel Tome upgrades on one megaserver you do get it on the other too.

i bought Season 0 and 1 Tome upgrades on Playstation and have it on the PS EU and NA servers.

Oh, thanks, that's highly interesting.

I was always under the impression, that everything I buy, regardless if real money, crowns, gold etc. is only for the one server I am on at the moments of the purchase.

I had used the Premium Tome Tokens on PC NA, expecting the season pass on both servers, not just the one

ZOS' policy thus far with regard to retail purchases (base-game, old Upgrades/Collections and new Deluxe Edition, ESO Plus, Housing Starter Pack, Crowns, etc.) is that whatever it was will be available on both servers. Crown Store purchases are server-locked and deducted from the accountwide crown balance. IOW, spend it on NA and it's spent on EU, too, but buy it on NA and it's only bought on NA. Retail stuff goes to both, though. Speaking to the PC end of things, Steam and ZOS do not ask "NA or EU?" when you make a purchase; they just ask "credit, debit, or redemption code?" and figure that the buyer will sort it out when they log on since most players don't play on both servers. They could if they wanted, but I can tell you from personal experience that trying to keep pace on both servers is more of a job than entertainment.

Premium Tome Tokens are an in-game currency so that is different.

Okay, just did some more research on this. I forgot to look in the currency section on EU, and this is on me, I failed to look instead of thinking if bought on one server it was bought on the other one. Sorry to all involvedand thank you for all of the help that was given
