Crafting Sack Looter achievement

In the crafting section of the Achievements, there is one called Crafting Sack Looter. It says to, obviously, loot Crafting Sacks, but, now working on my second zone, and being an Elder Scrolls kleptomaniac, have yet to find a single Crafting Sack to loot.

Does anyone know where I should be looking? Has anyone even found one?

    Haha, so the one thing I have yet to do in ESO. Guess I'm bringing out the ol' fishing rod.

    Ive fished a decent amount and have not seen any sort of crafting sack

    No, it's not fishing... You can find big sacks randomly in camp sites or dungeons. They are a bit rare and when opened they usually give crafting stuff like ore or tempers
    Once I was a healer. Then I took a Wrobel to the knee.

    Are these called "Heavy Sacks"? If I remember correctly they are green with a yellow design on the front.

    Yes, there's heavy sacks in many dungeons/public dungeons as well, spindleclutch always has one spawn behind the first boss, when you fight her.

    If the Heavy Sacks are what needs to be looted for this achievement, then this is a bug. I have looted over 20 heavy sacks, and it has not counted towards the Crafting Sack Looter achievement.

    I too believe this is a bug since it doesn't seem to be counting/increasing the number even though I am most certainly looting those heavy sacks. I know for a fact that it was working in the last/final beta.
    Will I be able to forget all the wounds that pierce my flesh?

    So if this was working for you in the final beta, then it IS the heavy sacks that need to be looted. Phew.. I can stop scouring the internet for a definitive answer. :-P

    Usually called Heavy Sacks, Mostly contain enchanting mats for me though

    What level are you? Heavy sacks don't show up until you get to the level 10+ zones. Well, that was before the starting area nerf. Point being, if you went back to any of the starter islands, you won't find any heavy sacks there.

    The achievement is bugged. It does not progress even if you loot these heavy sacks. Use /bug ingame to report it

    I can confirm i have gotten 1 from fishing. Its not mail or heavy sacks.

    The Gunny sack contains crafting mats, including runes.

    My first character fished a LOT and did so until the fishing bug, where when you catch rare fish it doesn't pop an achievement. I also craft heavily with all my characters and not a one bag achievement even from the fisherman. Its just another bug that they may or may not get around to fixing.
