Tales Of Tribute needs work

Can we do something about Tales Of Tribute I can't tell you how many hours have been spent just playing the 1 same person over and over and over again. The queue needs to be randomized somehow. Like after playing a person they are put on the bottom of your queue list so you don't play them again in the very next match. There are VERY toxic players who just do nothing but pick 2 decks and never touch a single card from either and they just purchase your cards every turn and it's annoying to have to spend hours in match after match seeing the same person.

The player doesn't inherently own cards from the factions they pick, so I don't see it as toxic for the other player to choose them.

Tribute could use a bonus weekend or event, but it's also still locked behind High Isle ownership and starting an intro quest on each character that wants to play (both of which impede the playerbase).

I think it has enough factions. Cosmetics (play boards, "foil" type card art, cardbacks) could be nice.

Once the patrons are picked, the cards go the the common pool of cards, and neither of the players have more "rights" to any of them. Some decks can lead to very lopsided games (Crow being a very good example), but that is the design and RNG issues that have been discussed and complained about a lot here.

As for the the playing the same player overe and over, that is th result of very limited number of players that participate in ToT. Personally, I feel that playing ranked lessens the issue somewhat. In casual it's usually the same familiar "faces".

I’m still in the near endless grind to get the emote and houseguest.

Can we please please please buy one of the pieces in the Infinite Archive instead of being hostage to RNG? The drop rate is so egregiously low. Either bump up the RNG to something at least reasonable. Necrom came out in 2023 and I’m still at 3/10 and 7/10 collected.

It does, but it seems they've abandoned it at this point. When was the last time they even spoke of it? You're unfortunately gonna wind up playing the same few people a lot of the time because that's about the size of the pool lol. Honestly they should put the emote / houseguest on the gold coast bazaar at this point!

You’re doing better than I am. I’m still at 3 and 1.

I stopped doing those dailies. The RNG for that was just disheartening and I don’t play this game to get frustrated.

For those grinding for the houseguest - my experience was that I had to WIN more than 1000 games to get all fragments. Don’t care about the emote so that one is still at 2/10.
