Mysterious Nocturnal Note drop rate?

Anyone else experience "no drop" of this item? I've been doing the heists for the last 4 days on 3 toons and had no drop of this fragment. I've gotten 8 purple and 4 blue rewards but no Mysterious Nocturnal Note. This is only on the PC-EU server while on the PC-NA server I got the drop on my 2nd heist on my main. I know I could probably buy it off Guild Traders but not for 300-500K that is crazy.

Finally got it! Did 2 heists and got it on my 2nd toon...what a pain in the arse... :-)

It's August 10th, I am a little late to the party but so far 12 runs no drop. About 50/50 Purple & Blue bags.
Any idea if this is normal, and please spare me the RNG speech. TY.

Yeah it took me a while. My main toon didn't get the drop after doing 11 heists which is frustrating as hell. But my 2nd toon got the drop on the 2nd heist for that character. Unfortunately it is the crappy RNG ...I've seen some players get it on first heist and some like my shoes and yours. Also, you have some say it has to be a purple drop...in my case it was a blue drop and I got it..so I don't think that makes a difference...just my opinion. I guess you gotta keep doing heists, if you have an alt toon try that also. Good luck and I hope you get your drop soon.

Can anyone confirm that the drop rate is actually really higher on the purple bags...?
