It's a huge surprise that TES VI is at least in the alpha stage. So Bethesda was secretly developing it all along while we were whining about the only fragment we saw?

That they are playing has been stated by Todd Howard several times and it nowhere states alpha is already reached... (im pretty sure with playthrough this morning she doesnt mean through the whole game but a 1h demo or so

Bethesda came right out and said on multiple occasions that it was their main focus and everyday project. There was no secrecy about that on their part.
