Yea I've tried the delete quest, travel away and log out for 15mins, but the axe guy still won't drop the journal

Also PS NA.
I had the same issue today. Start her quest, go kill the dude and group up with someone that received the next quest and have them share it with you. That did it for me.

I had the same issue today. Start her quest, go kill the dude and group up with someone that received the next quest and have them share it with you. That did it for me.

Ty, that worked!! The axe guy still wasn't dropping what I needed so I asked a rando there if they got it. They said yes so I asked if I could join them and have the quest shared, and boom, it progressed it and we both went and completed it! Thanks again man 🤝
