Can Essential Housing Community folder be removed from Essential Housing Tools folder now?

Can Essential Housing Community files be safely removed from the Essential Housing Tools addon folder now? Since it is no longer connected I would like to clean up my addon folder but am not sure if it would be safe to do so. Does anyone know?

Edit: No you cannot simply remove it without making EHT stop loading!

The txt file of EssentialHousingTools says

## DependsOn: EssentialHousingCommunity HousingHub LibAddonMenu-2.0

And HousingHub.txt says

## DependsOn: EssentialHousingCommunity LibAddonMenu-2.0

So that won't load anymore if EssentialHousingCommunity addon is missing.
You can try to change that EssentialHousingTools.txt to:

## DependsOn: HousingHub LibAddonMenu-2.0>=43

And that HousingHub.txt to:

## DependsOn: LibAddonMenu-2.0>=43

And if that works in total, you can remove the subfolder EssentialHousingCommunity.

But that might break the EHT addon in total, so I'd rather keep the other 2 addons in the subfolders, complete.

I wish they weren't connected that way. I looked at it last night to see if I could remove my open houses since that is no longer active but it just tried to connect and kept giving me errors. I will just try to ignore that it's there, which isn't easy to do for a minimalist like me who hates extra things not being used taking up space.

Now when I just logged in I got an Essential Community Error pop up on my screen. I should have left well enough alone.
