I am fairly certain they are NOT currently in the Furnishers Documents, and have a feeling they might not be added for a LONG time. And if they are added, to the Homestead envelope from Rollis.0 -

as far as i remeber, there have been *zone example markarth" Master furnisher's documents been added to Faustina Curio, a blue and an epic one, usually in februray but with the changes frome zones to seasons, hmmmmm .....0 -

yes, thats every half year, the golden ones, but i mean the epic and blue ones, that drop or should drop now. I dont want to pay a few millions gold for an epic furnishing plans.
ZOS said the drop rate is significant increased, but the game believes otherwise
