Thanks for clarifying it. I was running around Abamath and killing poor Atronachs left and right thinking that ZoS decided to places the book somewhere outside and looking for it.

My english is not the best, maybe we can break it down to:
Koldane Cartel supporter's body with Silver Eye's Orders is only findable during the quest Wolf Trap / quest step Find Rennah - without triggering the following quest step Talk to Rennah.
That's why it is best to go to the warehouse from the north.

@Tobyja I was not talking about the language used in the explanation (it was fine). I was talking about the content. The fact that we need to approach the location from a specific angle to be able to read a lorebook is just mind boggling.

Edit: sadly, I came across this explanation too late. I already finished the quest.

One of the notes in Telvanni Peninsula (If i remember correcly) could also be missed, and it was only a short way from the quest marker. Here we have something similar, but much further from the quest marker.
