No Transitus shrines in Blackreach since Whitestrakes started.

You can't do anything in Blackreach currently.
Zero Keeps showing up, no transitus shrines, no nothing.

I'm not having the same issue, I see everything just fine. Is there any additional information with that? Could it be a map addon or something?

I have Votan's minimap and map pins so neither of those seem to be the issue

Population bars seem to be broken for PC NA on the non vengeance campaigns. GH is at position 112 and only one bar displayed. BR at position 44 with the same single bar of population.
