ESO crashing, freezing, lagging what's going on?

After the queue problem now ESO is totally unstable, freezing and crashing. I can't imagine this is happening with few people only. What is going on?

Usureki✭✭✭✭I also feel that my arcanist beam is hitting ~10% of the time instead of the usual ~20%. That is an 50% decrease. Beam was already useless before the server performance weakened. I have tons of footage where I see that I should hit the target, but I don't do any damage. Doing any area based ability in this game feels like gambling, maybe the server thinks the target is there, or maybe the server thinks the target is another place - who knows? Haha so fun! (no.)0
