Lucky me just purchased it from the guild store.
I'm so tired of waiting hours and hours for the event to spawn. Only deliver: No Key. No Recipe.

Rubbish.
Have got recipe few days ago from the final chest.
Have got 6 keys on one of my chars (all by this char, others hold their keys with them) and possibly will get 7th after patch.
