Would it be possible to make Wayshrine, Lore books, Eidetic memory collections all account-wide so that new characters do not have to rediscover or reget them all again? It is a real pain to do and not at all enjoyable after the second time. (Would people agree with me?) Skyshards are different I think people quite like the ping of getting those again.

But I agree for wayshrines, at least make more of them available from the get-go. Like why do we have the Vulkhel Guard wayshrine unlocked immediately but not Elden Root? and vice versa, I feel like the alliance capitals should all be unlocked from the start. I know the answer is probably "exploration" or something from the crown store but after your 3rd character running around and getting all the wayshrines is just boring

Some of those can't be because they do other things. Like Skyshards give you skill points and the Lorebooks give you Mages Guild rank. Tohse can't be made account-wide.

Wayshrines now have the easy solution with the Wayshrine navigation charts in the Tomes, so that's helpful. It would be nice for one in each zone to be open from the start, but that is not a huge thing since you can grab a Navigator to hop to them right away and then they open up for free.

But Eidetic totally should be account-wide. There's no reason for it to not be, save the small number of bookshelf-bound skill books. But with the sheer number of them and the fact that many end up bugged or missing a post-quest location, making Eidetic account-wide would solve a lot of problems.
(plus, I bet that would save quite a bit of character data space if it didn't need to track those per-character anymore)

Wayshrines should be account-wide, yes! Or if they're going to use the wayshrine navigation chart, those should be a lot more plentiful than just giving us one per tome.

I'd like skyshards to be account-wide too, but they're sold in the crown store so there's little chance of that. Otoh I quite like rediscovering the lore books again, and they're a lot easier to find than skyshards since they're mostly out in the open and not hidden in delves and public dungeons.
