I can't understand most of what Noth the Unhinged is saying

I just did this quest line really fast on a alt so that I could get the pursuit done quickly. I was actually kinda hoping I wouldn't really understand so that when I paid attention to the dialogue on my main at a later date, it would be fresh. But sadly, I understood her just fine for the most part. But there were a couple of lines that were a bit garbled.

Also I live in the UK, where an accent can change in 10 miles and we have people from around the world that can add further changes.
