Is Cyrodiil closed today?

I have tried to enter Cyrodiil several times today, using a new character and then an old character from another account. Each time I get to the entering Cyrodiil message the game crashes to login screen with a Cannot connect to lobby error message.

But on a serious note, sometimes you just can't access Cyrodiil. Great patch, isn't it?1
