HELP pls: why cant i buy the premium tomes?

Im on pc NA and i am trying to buy the premium tomes from ingame. Why is it not working

Cant find any way to buy premium tomes via my ingame store all i see there is digital game and crowns to buy. Help pls

    They force you to keep a "saved payment" on the website account page in order to purchase the premium in-game via the tomes menu. I really don't like it, and delete the saved method after I'm done. If their servers ever get hacked, then your payment information is leaked.
    • Log in to your account in a web browser
    • Add saved payment
    • Go back to Tomes menu, purchase premium for the season.

    On my end, won't let me buy it. Payment added, keep saying "Transaction failed". Non-steam on NA.
