Boss in Bitterroot Cave didn't count toward the completion of this favor.

Weird, I think it counted when I did it. That boss is my usual go-to Shadowfen boss, since I feel like it's one of the toughest bosses in that zone.

It didn't work because the quest is to kill a WORLD boss. You killed a DELVE boss.

You're right. I did not check the map. I assumed a cave was a delve....they usually are.

There's a few others: Cave of Memories (Stonefalls), Thugrub's Cave (Grahtwood), and Nestmother's Den (Auridon) come to mind.
