"Is Sheogorath event quest bugged?"
I entered Shivering shack at the Stormhaven, but it just boring terror house,
nothing happen at all, even I read the journal on the table. No quest marker, nothing.
What is that? My quest is stuck.

✭✭✭✭✭I had the same problem, even after going in and out several times.
What worked for me was abandoning the quest and starting it again from scratch.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!1 -
