Fix Request: Gem of Agility, Prowler's Talisman (U50 Inc. 3)

It's been 20 days since the release of Season 1 and the Dynamic Encounters. I've been doing multiple DEs a day since release without a drop of the Gem of Agility in sight. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable and should've already been fixed in the same patch as the recipe. This is not simply bad luck.
So, please put it a fix for this for the U50 Inc. 3 on Aug. 10.

This is a real problem. People are spending literal days trying to farm this thing.

It's especially baffling after the '24 Anniversary Jubilee replica drop rates debacle. ZoS said they'd learned their lesson on that one. And yet, here we are.

I deleted the game over this. I have 5000 hours in this game and still have an active sub and bought the new tome upgrade. About a year ago they talked about not wasting people's time.

Game design where people spend more time just waiting for event spawns than anything else within a reward system that has abysmal RNG is literally the epitome of wasting peoples time. But it does increase player hours which seems to the metric being chased and was emphasized during the night market which was designed as a repetitive time sink with the key system.

The inescapable conclusion is not only did they lie to us last year about wasting peoples time but it is the design plan going forward.
