As the title says, this class mastery is scaling Based off of my hp and not enemies when I test it.

What I did was go to overland and lower a mob's hp and checked my stat sheet, there was no change. But what I noticed was as the mob hit me my wpn dmg increased. so I lowered my hp to below 10% and I was getting a 2k wpn dmg buff. I tried this both in combat and not in combat and the results were the same; the wpn dmg scaled off MY hp and no one else's. I tested this in Cyrodiil by lowering my hp with siphoning strikes and I got a 1k Dmg buff. so i think either this is bugged and not functioning correctly or the tool tip is not written accurately and I can't tell which.

Also I am a huge pvper so please, PLEASE remove the battle spirit nerfs to Nightblade's class masteries including this one. NB is buns right now and its in large part to the class masteries being really bad due to the battle spirit nerfs and also not functioning correctly. So if anyone reads this I would appreciate it so much if you could bring this up internally. I would love you forever
