Let us change our outfit styles from anywhere

Lately Eso was doing major quality of life changes like you can change your stats at will, it would be cool if we can also add this, it would greatly help Eso fashion! Sometimes lighting is well at the outfit station so you have to go back at it again and again till you get what you like. Also i'd like to listen to bards while doing my style like the one in Windhelm, very immersive! Other Mmos are doing for forever now pls add this Col change.

Another suggestion, please add a favourites option to outfit styles collections, there are hundreds of styles its hard to keep track!

You might have better chances if you'd ask for an NPC outfitter assistant to be put in the clown store. That would likely be something they'd consider.

Favouriting Outfit Styles would be very helpful!

a portable Outfit Station could be nice too, though that would likelier be an Assistant.

I disagree. Too many 'convenient' options like this would, IMO, water down the world experience and turn the game into nothing but a queue for a dungeon or a trial. It's there to be interacted with.. I would agree to a standardised lighting on the character across all Clothing Stations, as most of them are not fit for purpose (I only use Alinor for outfits, the rest have *** poor lighting).

While on the subject of outfits.. would it be too much to ask to have a little standardisation? Some colours applied look good on one set of armour, and on another completely different in the same slot (or on what obviously looks like leather or cloth or whatever).. not to mention the ones that suddenly go magically shiny on one item and not the other (and yes, talking about standard colours, not the iridescent ones we've seen added lately)

Likely never going to happen, it's a small pain point, not even a bug and the team is smaller now so..

Yeah, add TOO MUCH convenience and the game becomes "sit in one place and do nothing" the game, plus you already have the ability to have up to 10 outfits you can change on the fly with outfit slots, now sure, you have to pay for them, but that's basically as close as you will probably get to on the fly outfitting

Outfitter was asked for years across multiple threads, we always want more assistants to have more convenience and to save time, but having it as quality of feature is much more player friendly than a 5000 Crowns item.

It's a Qol feature in most other MMOs that just cost some currency, it's time to do away with the ancient Outfit Station system.

I don't get the "too much QoL" argument. Bankers don't let you access Guild Banks, you still need to go to an actual Bank in a city or town, and most people go to the same place, they aren't going all over Tamriel or something. Merchants don't let you repair Gear, so if you're low on Repair Kits, or simply don't feel like spamming seven of them to Repair stuff, you have to go to a town or something. And again, most people are going to go to the same single place, so what's the difference between "sit in X spot and do things" or "travel once to a town and then do 2 minutes of running to do the same things"? I only ever go to Leyawiin for the Banker, any Merchants, doing Crafting Writs, and using the Outfit Station. What does it matter if I have access to an Outfit Assistant rather than going to Blackwood?

There are SO many things to do in this game that your time can be spent on. Saving maybe a loading screen and some time spent running to an Outfit Station isn't adding anything to the game. You're already "standing in one spot doing nothing" if you're spending an hour working on Outfits. What one person considers "nothing" another person considers a fun part of the game. But being able to deposit things, sell them, decon them, or Fence them doesn't equal standing around doing nothing. It's convenience that lets you keep doing what you're doing without interruption.

If I'm leveling a character and I don't have a Banker, I need to constantly go to town and deposit stuff. If I don't have a Merchant I need to constantly go into down and sell stuff. If I'm spending time stealing stuff to level Legedermain and I haven't got a Fence, I need to interrupt my flow to go to an Outlaw Refuge. The Assistants give you convenience so you don't have to leave a Dungeon or a Trial or do this running or that running while in the middle of doing stuff.

While changing or working on an Outfit itself doesn't interrupt doing other content like having full bags does, anyone can have a desire to work on an Outfit while in a Delve or WB or something that's far away from a Wayshrine or otherwise a pain in the butt to get to. They may not want to leave where they are because of the effort to get back there if they do. Or someone might be waiting for a DE but want to edit their Outfit and not want to risk missing it by being away at the wrong time.

I agree. And let me change it in PvP. People get a little crazy when they catch up to me when I'm firing siege.

If I could change my appearance and hide, even if they catch me, I swear they would be more likely to to have mercy.

Though the last time anyone showed mercy, when they turned around I took them out by firing siege.

I don't think overly negative forum people that disagree with every suggestions represent the game well here, and their opinion doesn't even make sense, disaggre for the sake of disaggreing. No wonder we were begging for vampire and werewolf bites until 2026. I do hope Zos doesn't take super negative people here seriously anymore, as i know they're loud minority. Many suggestions made here would be praised and well received in the game. Anyway...

On the point of favourite Motifs, sadly i have searched far and wide and there are no addons that helps with it, so i hope it is considered some time in the future as finding your fav motifs are a real pain.
