A lot of people of the community participated on the lastest Vengeance test and i think it is fair for us to know what those tests found.

Anyone participating should have a good idea that adding full set bonuses and procs back in had little to no impact on performance. It would of course be great if ZOS could confirm this and talk about next steps.

It has been obvious since long before Vengeance began that the problem was how the active skills worked in terms of sticky DoTs, HoTs as well as AoEs, and the massive load of calculations that combat passives generated.

I see no reason why full sets shouldn't be allowed, traits, enchants, and even the CP trees, along with non-combat passives (Crafting/DB/TG and some others), as well as a choice on skill resource where one exists in the rest of the game - then test performance.

I believe ZOS would find that there is little impact, and we can begin to move even closer to the GH ruleset. Leaving Vengeance in a state of a base template (that can accommodate lower levels) mixed with the extra CP/Skill Points that being a higher level gives.

Unless ZOS expand how the current Active Skills work in terms of stacking and numbers hit and/or add combat passives in, I see no reason that performance should take a hit, as those two things are the root cause.

ZOS need to take a bigger swing, add more back, and test. Then make a decision on changing/tweaking active skills and if combat passives can be added back in on a limited basis - particularly some of the weapon passives that give distinction between weapon choice.
