Werewolf Not Working

Don't know if this is a bug or I've broken something or what, but I can no long change into a werewolf. My ultimate seems to be stuck at 61 and hitting R does nothing. Attacking enemies doesn't change ultimate. I have ww slotted and I've tried /reloadui. I can use other skills and interact with everything else just fine. I haven't changed anything, been using the same addon for years. Everything is up to date. I tried repairing the client. I running the stand alone version of ESO on PC running windows 11 - all current updates.

Random question but are you a sorc with overload ulti? If so make sure its toggled off

Try disabling all your add-ons and closing the game fully, then see if it works when you login again without them.

If you have slots on your armory, you could also try saving your current build on one slot, then switch to either a blank or other build that doesn't have werewolf. See if the character is bugged without WW and if not, try re-equipping that build again and see if it's still broken.

I recall seeing someone mention there's a bug with a certain Set I think it is that essentially prevents you from doing stuff if it procs and you almost always need CS to undo whatever was causing it. No idea if that's what it could be since I remember next to nothing about this bug, but if you haven't already tried dropping the WW Skill Line entirely as well as some other stuff people have suggested, then you'll likely have to send a ticket in either way.
