I was also kinda expecting stuff to ... happen after that quest that gave the final quest rewards. I later saw that the other quest achievements are for another questline that is released later in the year. Idk it felt like it wasn't much. I know that chapters are off the table now, but I was expecting a bit more. Maybe I'm also grumpy about the 'dynamic' waiting around.

Well that is pretty stinky. They give us this great Prowler's Tailsman, tell us we can add to it, then prevent us from doing that?

The real Daggerfall Thieves Guild questline finishes with the Nowhere Vault excursion and defeating the big villain.

The final quest with Quen and... another person... is a kind of "extra" story which in fact, I believe, requires having completed the Hews Bane Thieves Guild quests *as well* - specifically a certain person's sidequests (which require having completed most, not necessarily all, of the TG questline to unlock, I guess there's a fair chance that you probably have to complete the TG main story anyway) in which a certain other person is reported as dead.

It's like, there's extra quests at the end of Dragonhold and Markarth, but only IF you've completed the original Elsweyr and Greymoor storylines as well, because the "coda" quest requires the completion of both storylinesthat lead up to it.

Story B may be a sequel to Story A, but can technically be done separately, even earlier - but there's an extra bit of ending that requires you to have completed *both* Story A and Story B.
