It says I do not have game pass

I just renewed my game pass and ESO says I do not have multiplayer permissions. It’s not my privacy either. Whats going on!?

There is currently an issue with XBOX live and that may be causing the issue. You can check through the XBOX status site: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

If you are still having issues after XBOX resolves the network issues, please let us know and we can investigate.
