missing rewards for 2 of todays favors

i completed both stonefalls and auridons daily favors. even saw the reward/bounty furnishings in my loot history. i cannot find them in my inventory. i cannot find them under collections.
where are they stored?
im burnt out on submitting tickets for broken content...

but i thought the bounty posters (rewards for completing the favors) were a furnishing not a recipe/diagram etc...
