So the final favor for Lady Arabelle is broken as soon as you fast travel to stormhaven to continue the quest it deletes the quest…..

We were able to squeeze this fix into U50 Inc. 3, happening on Aug. 10. However, this does need to go live and tested for us to verify the fix worked as intended. This issue only showed up on the Live Server and not our internal environments. We were able to squeeze this fix into U50 Inc. 3, happening on Aug. 10. However, this does need to go live and tested for us to verify the fix worked as intended. This issue only showed up on the Live Server and not our internal environments. So that is why we need to verify on the live server.
That is indeed good news. I am intrigued by this part though: "This issue only showed up on the Live Server and not our internal environments."
I can envision several reasons that may be the case, and I'm left pondering a wider question. There are many bugs that players report that ZOS "seem" to ignore. Is this because ZOS are checking the bug on the internal environment and not Live which, given what you just said, do not align with one another?3 -

✭✭✭the read letter.from board quests from the board are pre-existing quests that you get assigned to do from the board.if you have done the quest already, when you get assigned it from the board it immediately highlights the "read letter" part, after which you can turn it in.

You're wrong. Previous freerunners quests indeed was the compilation of killing random bosses, feeding cats and completing old sidequests. But the last favours is new personal patrons' quests (in old basegame locations, yes), so you cannot just read gratefull letter and immediately turn the quest in like before.
Trust me, I know what I'm saying, I've completed all old sidequests and I know when I see a new one (with new books and new - ahem, let's say - story)Steam PCEU0 -

It deletes itself as soon as you leave that specific Glenumbra instance. Going to a house or deleve or the PD in Glenumbra and the quest vanishes.0
