It also disappears when travelling to any random other zone, or when logging out.

Doubt that will do anything. There are 2 initial parts to Lady Arabelle’s 20th Favor - pick up quest from board, then Read letter from board.
Someone can share it, but that only fulfils the “pick up” part. You still need to read the letter from the board to progress to the next step in Stormhaven. Back to square one.
Anyone figured out a workaround for this yet please?
HI All. Thanks for flagging this. We are aware of this issue and believe this will be resolved in Update 51.

We were able to squeeze this fix into U50 Inc. 3, happening on Aug. 10. However, this does need to go live and tested for us to verify the fix worked as intended. This issue only showed up on the Live Server and not our internal environments. So that is why we need to verify on the live server.
Following up here again. We had another update.HI All. Thanks for flagging this. We are aware of this issue and believe this will be resolved in Update 51.

FYI: I have tried every possible route and none work. The moment you leave that specific instance of Glenumbra the quest deletes itself.

A guy in other thread about this said if you’re careful you get to turn it in. I dunno, but I tried walking as slow as humanly possible and quest still deleted itself

Did that guy provide step by step instructions on how to do it?

My guildmates completed this quest today. If you're careful, the quest disappears from requests after moving, but appears in the location's quests. After completing it, you can turn it in at the board.
I'll be doing it tomorrow, checking everything out, and reporting back.
If you can decipher what it means, to me it just looks like words made into a string:HI All. Thanks for flagging this. We are aware of this issue and believe this will be resolved in Update 51.

If theres a problem with one of these has it been tried to do the assigned quest first? then get the quest from the board?

Didn't the map UI have a list of quests for that specific area, too? Somewhere on the right side? Perhaps it's listed there somehow despite disappearing from the quest menu? I can't check right now.
