todays favor for lady arabelle

ive completed both stonefalls and auridon daily favors; i received the bounty poster rewards for both.
glenumbra's daily favor (the one where i get the 3rd bounty poster) is broken for me.
porting anywhere and anyhow outside of glenumbra causes lady arabelles favor to "magically" delete itself.
using the wayshrine to port anywhere outside of glenumbra deletes it.
using bmu to port anywhere outside of glenumbra deletes it.
using the boats deletes it.
i even walked into the zone from an adjecent one...deleted.
logging out and back in didnt help. quitting the game logging back in didnt help.
