Suggestion: Dedicated "Ignored / Archived Quests" Tab in the Quest Journal

Certain NPCs — such as the Vampire and Werewolf recruiters (Zalig and Leane Luseph) or zone starters — have audio triggers that play continuously when players pass near Wayshrines or daily boards. Refusing their quest or having maxed out/active Lycanthropy/Vampirism does not prevent these audio lines from triggering.

Currently, the only way to silence these repetitive NPC voices is to accept their quest and keep it in the Quest Journal indefinitely. However, with the current 25-quest limit, holding onto multiple unwanted quests to block intrusive NPC audio drastically restricts the space available for active gameplay content (dailies, zone quests, dungeons, etc.).

To solve this without sacrificing active quest space, ZOS could introduce a secondary "Archived Quests" tab in the Quest Journal (with its own separate limit of 25 slots) where players can move unwanted quests to permanently silence the associated NPC's ambient audio triggers, hide them from the main HUD tracker, and freely restore or abandon them whenever they choose.

This would be a win-win: players get a clean way to deal with NPC "audio harassment" without losing journal space, and developers get a simple system-wide UX fix instead of having to manually adjust audio ranges for individual NPCs across every city.

I would really love to archive quests I don't intend to do anytime soon, and I believe this has been asked for through the years.

Unfortunately for Leane Luseph and Zalig, their voice lines trigger even if you accept their quest, unlike other quest givers.

I only found this out later. It's so, so, so bad, it's truly terrible! :( I really hope they revert all these awful changes they've made in the last few months. The game has degraded brutally since update 49.
