Deadhollows Halls BUG (just when heists take on particular importance in the game)

Since yesterday, when you enter Deadhollow Halls and crouch/sneak, the light auras from the sentries' lanterns or torches no longer appear. You now have to rely entirely on muscle memory and guesswork to estimate when the light aura has passed so you can sneak by undetected.
On top of that, the interaction prompt to disarm certain tripwire traps is sometimes broken, forcing you to jump over them to pass.
It feels like there are way too many bugs right now, considering how important Heists currently are!

All the torches have a chance to do that. Just stand up and crouch again until it shows.

No it was a bug. I did it with two characters both yesterday and today. And I couldn't see the lamp/torch light. For the whole dungeon.

I'm not sure whether that's a bug or by design. I see that from time to time, and not just in that particular quest location. It's as though there are different versions or variations of the quest, presumably to make things more interesting. IIRC, when the patrolling NPCs don't have blue detection circles around them, they are carrying torches rather than lamps, and getting close to them doesn't cause you to stand and come out of stealth the way the blue detection circles do. Also, the guards set up blue flare traps that pull you out of stealth if you trigger them, whereas I don't think they set up those traps if they're carrying lamps that give off the blue detection circle.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

UPDATE: Today's run with both characters no longer had the light aura bug. However, the wire trap bug persisted.

Those bugs have been there for years. I played the Thieves Guild stuff when it first came out. It was buggy then and still is. Sadly I doubt they'll do anything about any of it.

For me, if the light auras don't show, they aren't there. I can run right by those sentries in sneak (vamp passive) and not get spotted. Bug, but a bug in my favor. I love it. I can complete that heist so fast!

I’m pretty sure it’s not a bug. Heist locations either have guards with lanterns or guards with torches. If the guards have lanterns, they have a stealth suppression radius around them. If the guards have torches, they have no stealth suppression radius and instead, they’ll periodically set and reset blue stealth suppression traps.

Nah! How is it possible? same dungeon, different days, same mobs, different behaviors. One day the light aura is there, the other day it is not. It is a strange bug.
