Gem of Agility ??

So we have just had a patch and along with that the new Grannys Eel Pie Recipe got fixed but no word about the Gem of Agility ??

Has the drop rate improved because im not running another 100 Dyamic Encounters ...

It took me perhaps 5 days of casually running 3 or 4 DE's each day for mine to drop. Mine dropped on the 14th of July (according to my screenshot), and I hadn't started running DE's until the 2nd or 3rd day after they went live. Most players I know (or at least regularly correspond with) in game have had similar results.

I haven't gotten one either, but I know they drop from all the chests, not just the final one.

I have 2 accounts. My main account does not have the gem, while my alt account got it a few days ago. Most of my time is spent on my main account. Both have completed the new thieves quest line.

I did the new thieves guild story within 2 hours of it being live then jumped straight in to the dynamic encounters in which ive done way more than 100 to date .. its ridiculous

I got mine on my 27th encounter, from the Stonefalls event.

ETA: But no keys after doing a ton of stuff since U50. The only three I have are from doing the 10th favour for the three quest givers.

I've been working DE for 10 days without a gem drop, starting to worry the season will end without it dropping. The keys are exceedingly rare, I found 1 in a thief trove as I was trying to gather the leads for the thief armory which took a week, which I thought was odd given they tweaked lead drops for incomplete codex antiquities. Hoping for a patch because camping for DE is getting tiresome at this point.

The Prowler's Talisman, and the ensuing gems that go into it, are all permanent fixtures in the game. The Thieves Guild questline, the DE's, and all they entail are permanent content. They don't go away after the season ends.

Got mine the first week I think my 2nd or 3rd encounter total first werewolf one in Stone fall

Still no sign of the eel pie recipe though

I have done in the region of 180 dynamic encounters across multiple accounts, not a single gem.

Do you like, need to be wearing the mythic or have it in your inventory for the gem to drop?

I’ve done dynamic encounters once a day since they first started and no gem has dropped for me either. The first couple of days I was doing them on a character that had not yet done the thieves guild quest and gotten the talisman, but to be safe, I switched to the character that had already done at early on but still no luck.

Gem dropped today from the second chest during the vampire hunt. I am at over 100 DE in the last 4 four days.

Perhaps it's good to know that the gem, seemingly, can drop from any DE chest and not only the last.

Does it only drop if that particular character has started/completed the new Thieves Guild quests?

A number of players reported they got a gem and didn't know what to do with it because they haven't done the thieves guild quests yet.

The only problem is that even if Dynamic Encounters stay around after season 1 ends, the players doing DEs will not be there. Like with most content (vents, harrow storms, siege camps, etc..) I really don't think they intended these to be solo'd. If some of us still don't have this gem after the crowds die down, we may never get it. Hopefully ZOS will tweak the odds a little. I've looted over a hundred DE chests at this point. Still nothing.

Don't worry, the DE scale with the number of players, unlike Harrowstorms. DE are solo playable, more like Dark Anchors.

That's actually good info. I wondered if all chests have a chance, maybe I'll stop running to the end now 😆

Are these gems bound or can they be sold? I’m sick to death of doing the DE in Stonefalls but if I can only buy the recipe and not the gem then I have to keep doing them. I’m trying to decode how much gold would be worth just buying both so I can get on with my life.

What kind of item are these gems? Under supplies? Or you have to scry for them and get a lead?

They are bound drops out of the DE chests and are under supplies. No lead required.

I've also been playing multiple Dynamic Event each day and still haven't gotten it. In contrast, the Granny's Eel Pie recipe I had in two runs after last Monday's update.

They really should implement a maximum number of runs and then make it a guaranteed drop.

I got the Gem of Agility yesterday while completing dynamic encounter 26. Probably used up all my ZOS RNG luck for this Season!

Hopefully other players that want this Gem of Agility will be able to get it!

Is there a way to predict / track Dynamic Encounters or are people just hanging around?

I don't have as much game time as I used to, so I don't like the hanging around option! I just wondered if there was a timer or an add-on or a setting I'm missing (like the F5 for Skirmishes in the NM).
