Template Control type C Broken for Consoles (Playstation and Xbox)

Hello!
I don't know if you know this bug, but when you play with a controller, you can change control template to 3 types: A, B and C.
A and B works perfect (I use B myself in order to stop spamming jump when trying to loot) but when you select type C you get an iterface error and then if you press the button to reload ui, that character will get forever locked out of option menu. It does not matter if you play PS4, PS5, Xbox One or Series or if you play with or without addons. It is a problem with template C.

ksbrugh✭✭✭✭I encounter this bug all the time your situation may be different but mine is caused by add-ons. It happens right after a UI era comes up and I hit the a button to cancel it and then all menus disappeared and I cannot interact with the a button anywhere in the environment0 -
