Do we have a network problem? Yesterday worked fine for me, but I've been watching Twitch streamer that experianced lags and disconnects. Today I'm having ping 999+ for like 30 seconds or longer periods.

I have been constantly having kag spikes, according to ping plotter the lag is on the last hop, I am playing from South Africa on EU server and normally have a 200ms ping. During prime time it changes though and becomes unplayable with pings spikes going to 1300ms to 1500ms.0
