quest ""codex and cartel bugged?

i tried 2 times to advance in this quest, i'm at the point "help basil menant" at the m,enant hideout but after fighting the bad guys the quest won't advance. i tried to quit quest and start over again and the same issue occurred. please help!

I ran into the same problem. For me, the fix was go back outside, do /reloadui and try again. Worked fine second time. I don't know if it was a factor but I mowed down all opposition very quickly on the first (bugged) go and intentionally killed slower on the second go.

thanks a lot, i tried to kill them slowly yesterday also but maybe it was the reload ui to solve the problem!

I'm stuck at the statue of dibella. I know I should do an emote, I've done several and there is no response at all. So I'm at a loss what to do now.

Talk to Abrasia. It's her dialogue which triggers the emotes, not your emoting.
