Latency Issues in Brazil

Starting around 4:30 PM every day, many Brazilian players begin experiencing a persistent connection issue where latency increases from the usual 150–250 ms to around 750–950 ms. This elevated latency typically lasts until approximately 9:00–10:00 PM, at which point the connection appears to stabilize and ping returns to normal.
Multiple players from different internet service providers have reported the same issue. I thought it was worth bringing up here because this problem has been affecting many players for over a month now, and it wasn't something that used to happen.

Agreed. I'm getting high latency as well.0
