Quest to be afflicted with lycanthropy missing for ex-vampires

I only noticed this because my new character was able to get the quest from both Firralthel and Leane Luseph, but they do not offer it to my ex-vampire main. Any dialogue with them just offers a "goodbye" option and nothing else.

Yes, still bugged. I got the "Hircine's Gift" quest from the Crown Store Quest Starters, and got a prompt to talk to Firralthel at the shrine, but when I got there, I got the same dialogue, with just "Goodbye" and no further option.

I actually tried to help someone with this the other night but it was the other way around ex werewolf wanting to be a vampire.

Stupid missing icons posted before finished.

Anyway the way we sorted it finally was they dropped any related quests and I bit them old style at the original shrine in The Rift.

The quest was then on the shrine like it always used to be.
