Some of us still remember the scribing system grumble, we had to wait and wait then ESO/ZOS finally increased the drop rate. We will have to endure the same conditions again for the keys that everyone is looking for. Have patients and keep the pressure on gamers!

Also for ESO/ZOS, this is why I will not spend my money on this game. Stupid rng system is messed up!

You don’t even need the keys for anything right now? I could be misremembering but they might have an increased drop rate later intentionally because getting them right now is just a nice head start…

I find it highly unlikely that the drop rate is so abysmal that I still haven't gotten one key yet. At this point it's gotta be bugged.

I haven't gotten a key either, and I've been doing dynamic activities every day, picking locks, doing thieves guild quests, etc. So far, nada. I'm not saying it's bugged, but the drop rate must be really low. Hopefully I'll have enough to participate when the vault drops later on, and not be shut out of that content for a while.

I haven't gotten a single one yet either, even though I've completed the Thieves' Guild quest. But there are people who supposedly have already gotten 10. Something's not right here.

I did the one Thieves Guild quest where it said I had to loot a Nowhere Key but I never saw it and was able to complete the quest. I also went through a number of Treasure Maps I had been saving the last few months and never saw one either.

I agree they are bugged. Otherwise with a drop rate so near zero there's no reason for me to spend ANY more time on this Season One nonsense.

Yeah, not worth the grind time if they are going to be that ultra rare. I can live without completing that seasonal challenge.

The Unformed Planar Keys aren't supposed to be this rare. Jason said during the June livestream they don't want them to be, that they want people to be able to have a bunch of Keys to go into the Vault with.

0 Keys.
Completed many dynamic encounters every day since launch.
Completed the thieves daily quests and Favors quests on several chars every day since launch.
Completed the Thieves Guild 2 main quest on at least 1 char.
Opened many chests, troves and lockboxes every day since launch.
How many hours spent searching for these keys and not even one dropped?

I don't believe these "keys" are real and I don't believe anyone who says they have found one.
Ridiculously Rare.

I don't think the nowhere keys exist either.
I do lots of chest farming and have yet to see one
I've found 2 si sahan note things. And they haven't counted for anything so they are probably bugged too

You need to ‘use’ those to get them to count. It tracks on the achievement.

They exist. Got one today. It's called an unformed planar key for now. Can't do anything with it yet though.

but explain why my rng is not giving me any. what can i do to increase my rng? is it that higher the CP the worse the rng? ive done the dailies with 2x geared and talented out thieves. (no mysterious note...i bought one on the trader). no planar keys (i've done multiple dynamics daily), started opening treasure maps...been opening troves and safeboxes as i find them...why is the loot not giving me anything to be excited about?
