Does Koldane Cartel actually drop from Reacquisition quests?

So far, all I've gotten from the Daggerfall Reacquisition quests are Cartel Clasps and Thieves Guild motifs. Is Koldane Cartel ACTUALLY dropping from this source (as listed in it's tooltip) or is it dropping from a different quest reward?

I got one piece from the Reacquisition quest and one form the Heist quest (both in Glenumbra).

Welp, I'm doing both of those quests on two characters daily, and only getting Thieves Guild motifs. 2k per page woo. All 29 characters on two accounts already know Thieves Guild...

Oddly enough, Outlaw motifs have been dropping from it as well.

I have gotten (1) koldane motif from 1/5 reaquisition quest coffers, and (5) from 5/5 heists.

So since day1 launch, my odds are 1:5 reaquisition coffers, perfect 100% 5:5 from heists.

^^all on same main char, about to start 2nd alt today. From other guild members have been told koldane is not guaranteed, so my rng will turn terrible at some point, I’m sure

I'm not sure why I play this game anymore, other than to run a trading guild.

Been stealing for OVER a month now in Glenumbra... 2 new plans. Total.
Been ok on pickpocketed furnishings, even if it's only 1 per hour of stealing.
No Koldane, No Alessian Rebel, took a month to get all 5 leads for the Thieves Armory.
Only drops I seem to get are the guaranteed ones.

Kinda hard to support a guild when I can't get any drops that will make gold.

It's really frustrating ZOS.

Got 2 from daily quests. So yes, they do drop.
Still no key and lacking the second gem though 8)

Playing the game doesn't actually get you anything. The only way I get half of the new stuff is to buy it, because it doesn't drop for me.

"Guranteed" drops from event coffers are a 50% chance for me.
It takes me running 5+ characters through dailies of any kind to get the 1 "guaranteed" daily page.
Stealing (full thieves guild passives, CP etc) for multiple days to get 1 zone plan drop. Once I get ANY furnishing plan (zone or otherwise) those drops stop.

If ZOS hates me complaining about the game, maybe I could get the same chance at stuff as everyone else. Love how people tell me it's so easy to get things! It's not. Not when you've been playing for 10+ years.

I got one from a Thieves Guild daily in Hew's Bane, but I don't remember if it was from completing a Heist, a Reacquisition, or one of Kari's repeatable quests.

Yet another new thing that simply will not drop for me, despite doing the required dailies on multiple characters.

Of course I got enough thieves guild motifs from these dailies already to complete the set. Would be very exciting if I hadn't completed it like nearly a decade ago.

I received two style pages of the Koldane cartell motif by now. The bows and the belts. But I cannot tell you which of the 3 available dailies in the thieves guild hideout actually granted me those. I'm sorry, I don't remember.

Sorry, but your previous post said you were stealing and pickpocketing and not getting the pages. I was just adding that that is where I found mine. I never said anything about them being "guaranteed" or "easy" to get.

Yes, I have 3 pages so far, and I have to say the drop rate is pretty good (at least for me)—I got the first page right from the very first coffer that day, the next day I got a page from 3rd coffer that day, and today it was the second coffer that had a page in it.

Yes, Koldane chapters drop from Daggerfall Reacquisitions and I've picked up a couple or three chapters so far. It's not a great drop rate (two or three chapters from about eight reacquisitions thus far), but I did get one chapter from a Heist coffer from the Daggerfall board yesterday, so they seem to drop there, too.

Done dozens of dailies across all my characters since the new quest line came out...

First off, super annoying that you have to do the intro quest at least once on each character to unlock the thieves den dailies.

And second off, got 2 Koldane drops in the last week. Really frustrating especially when I muck up the heist and have to reset, takes a ton of time for little reward.

You have to do the same in Hew's Bane. "Partners in Crime" is per-character and it's what unlocks Spencer Rye and the jobs board. Same thing with Dark Brotherhood and the Blade of Woe, Jewelry crafting writs, Psijic Portals, Tales of Tribute, and other stuff where each character has to complete a quest to unlock something. It's perhaps annoying, but not an issue unique to this particular set of story quests. The notable exception is perhaps the Scholarium wings for Scribing for script drops, but each character still has to complete "The Second Era of Scribing" before they can use the scribing altar.

I don't think Spencer Ryes quests do, but I get them from the new Glenumbra ones rarely. Even the highest quality heists can take 3+ alts.

Yes, it can drop from a Heist satchel, too. I guess I had a pretty lucky satchel today. (the first quest today, as far as thieves are concerned)

I got several chapters now. All from heist quests taken in Daggerfall. Sometimes I get an old Thieves Guild motif and a new Koldane one in one and the same satchel. The heist doesn‘t even have to be perfectly done. I already got a motif from a blue reward satchel (all tasks done but time ran out).

No, Rye's reward coffers had already been in-game for close to 10 years and they have their own motif in their loot pool. Heist coffers can go either way depending on where you pick up the Heist mission, I think, so Koldane Cartel chapters in Daggerfall and Thieves Guild chapters in Hew's Bane. I'm not aware of Koldane chapters showing up in Hew's Bane board mission coffers like Jobs or Reacquisitions, though.

I think I had a belt motif drop the day before yesterday, so they drop. Maybe I had better luck because I already had all the TG motifs already?

I have Thieves Guild learned on all 29 characters between 2 accounts. Same for Outlaw.

That has nothing to do with drops (or shouldn't)

you don't need a perfect run. you can complete the heist when out of time - the blue coffer can drop the motif.

Yeah. The purple coffer guarantees a Thieves Guild motif drop just like perfect Sacraments guarantee DB motifs. But it doesn't seem to affect the Koldane drop chance in any noticeable way.
