This is unacceptable. There are many customers that are forced to use internet with a monthly data cap. Having to download and re-install a game like ESO just once will easily put them over that cap. How will they be compensated for going over that cap and if they have an active ESO Plus how will they be compensated for not being able to play the game as they will no longer have any data to do so?

Those customers deserve better.
