New Patch Login Issue

I just downloaded a patch and now I get a “Patch required. Please download and install to access online features.” message.

Myself and several guild members are seeing this message and that’s after installing the patch that downloaded overnight, please advise.

Me too and other from my guild to.

This is what happened:
1. When starting Elder Scrolls Online it started to download an new patch, version 01.020.002.
2. After the patch was installed, the game starts up, but when logging in you get "Patch required. Please download and install to access online features."
3. But when checking if there is an update for ESO, there is no new update anymore to download.

Please take a look at this @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_JessicaFolsom as Playstation players can now not play the game at all. I am on PS-EU.

I put a post on the bug report section, I wasnt sure if it was an eso thing or a playstation thing. So weird for playstation to have sent such an old patch

There wasn't a patch on the schedule for this week as far as I can tell, and no downtime... The console updated it automatically and now we can't get back online. 🙃

I was playing when the patch downloaded. I was able to delete it before I logged out.

I was on playing and my wife was having this issue. While trying to fix for her mine timed out and now I have the same issue.
