thieves house fragments

So I may have missed it on the forums but i didnt' see anything scanning through the last few days (since it went live)
I know 1 piece drops from teh new thieves guild questline
1 piece from doing heists (presumably any but i did them from glenumbra just to be safe)
1 from the dynamic events? think i got that one in auridon so presumably any of the three
But the 4th piece, all I've been able to find is "lockboxes and thieves troves" and I'm *assuming* anywhere, but I've looted a lot of lockboxes in various zones so I'm wondering do i need to be in glenumbra or does it work anyhwere? is it really just lockboxes and troves or can i pickpocket, steal, or general chests?

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

✭I got mine on both PC-NA and PC-EU from lockboxes in Marbuk. It took me 46 on NA but only 21 on EU.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I got my 4th from a heist (1st try). I just went in killed everything, found the stuff, and ran out of time. Worst case scenario. The piece came from the green parcel I got as a reward.

Thoriorz✭✭✭✭Guys, the one that drops from Encounters—can it drop from any of those three Encounters, or only from a specific one? I don't want to waste time somewhere where it can't drop, yknow..
