This recipe is suppose to be dropping from the dynamic encounters yet no one seems to have found one
@Zos_kevin I’m really sorry to bother you but can you let them know/check if it’s bugged or if it even is meant to be dropping yet?

I'd like to know that, too. + On the TTC website, when you type to search the name of this recipe, it doesn't even show an icon and name of recipe (unlike when you search for something normally—the TTC website usually shows you what you're looking for). But the website does this for everything that’s for sale (even if no one is currently offering it for sale). So it occurs to me: first, is this recipe even sellable(TTC doesn't display the icon and name when searching—as if the recipe were soulbound), or second, is it even in the game(and if so, and everything's ok and it drops, did you really make it that rare?)?

On Xbox NA, it is searchable item in guild traders. Bound/non sellable items do not show up as searchable.

However, it does seem like this item does not exist as no one has come forward to having it

Yeah, that's exactly what caught my attention because "not sellable" doesn't come up in a search...

Just FYI, TTC usually takes a few days to get new items into its database, so that may be an alternate reason it's not showing up. For example, it's still not showing the notes for the new house, and I know those are sellable.

Yeah that’s why it’s not showing up on TTC though I’m 99% sure it’s bugged now

Just searched eel pie. Also completionist add on lets you see it as it has database of all recipes

The Gem of Agility is definitely dropping, as I found it this morning. Be sure to check all the chests that spawn during the encounter (there's usually three). I got mine from the middle one, not the final boss.

At this point I'm just kinda setting ESO to the side till there's confirmation that this stuff actually works lol. if the literal first door in the first quest in the advertised new content is bugged, I'm not really expecting much quality assurance for other things.

Yeah honestly it feels like the drop rates are off for nearly *everything* recently added, starting with the new furnishings and now the nowhere keys, the recipe, the gem of agility... (or if intended, then they are extremely low).

Except for the keys they specifically said in the stream that they do not want the keys to be too rare (they want people to engage with the Nowhere Vault). But people reporting hours of digging up treasure map chests, looting regular treasure chests, opening troves with not much to show for the time spent.

So far, after having done 55 dynamic encounters across three accounts (as in, not 55 on each account but the sum of all three), all of them with the new TG questline complete, these being a mix of all three encounters as it seems that one is limited to one 'consumable' of each type per account per day even though the new recipe maybe only drops from the one in Stonefalls (unsure):

- Zero planar keys.
- Zero red lychen.
- Zero gems.
- Zero recipes.

Furthermore no planar keys from any other source either (thieves troves/chests/treasure map chests/safeboxes).

If this is 'working as intended' is not looking particularly appealing so far

On the upside I am getting MA set items that I am still missing so... yay I guess?

EDIT: OK, coming to the forum and posting about one's woes with the drops apparently is a pre-requisite? Since making this post I have gotten one red lychen and one planar key from Dynamic Encounters.

Surely this is it right? To unlock the drops we need to post in the forum with the 'linked' account?

They are account bound. I know they upgrade the mythic somehow, maybe. They might be useful for alts if that is the only way to get better stats but idk.
