PTS infinite transmute geode on live server

Someone just linked a PTS infinite transmute geode in chat on Xbox live server. Don’t think these are suppose to drop.

Links can be deceiving. There are people who have made entirely fake items using links before. Could've just copy and pasted the link from PTS outside of the game and then copied it into Xbox chat.

There's also at least one on PC NA. Support often mistakenly awards such kind of items during an item recovery ticket.

Thing is, PTS item links work on the LIVE servers (as those items aren't removed from the LIVE build and those items were visible during the PTS Planemeld a few years ago), so there's two possibilities:

Either that item link was copied from PTS to LIVE, just to troll people.
Or someone discovered a major exploit to have it drop into their inventory, making things really problematic.

It is more likely fake copy and paste only. People have made absurd stuffs before as others noted.
