Is there an addon for Dynamic Encounters?

I have not yet found any, but does anyone know an addon for Dynamic Encounters? Since the respawn time is excruciatingly long and they can be in 3 different zones, and since you cannot see if an encounter is active unless you are in the zone, it would be nice if there would be some info when the next dynamic encounter is active and in which zone. Similar to GroupFinder+ addon, for example.

I know that Fyrakins Minimap can display a pin now.

But havent tested it yet.

You have to be in the zone, but no timer as i know. So I guess not what you are looking for, but maybe it helps others.

I actually use that map because you can have a round minimap for rp purposes. The pin is helpful to see if it's up if you are in the zone, but it would be more helpful if there would be some place to see when those are going to be up and in which zone, similar to how we saw skirmishes in Night Market. Or how GroupFinder+ works.

Since the respawn time is 30 minutes, I thought it would be easy, at xx:00 and xx:30 start, for example, but no, that varies. I suppose the 30 minute timer starts when the encounter ends, so it will drift off little by little.
